This is my first review so critiscism is welcome. Oh and Noobmaster123 its no longer your section mwahahaha.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 picks up where the campaign of COD4 left off.
The campaign is a rollercoaster with plenty of twists and turns, at no point could I guess what would happen next. It is filled with stunning visuals and locations. I often found myself stopping to stare at the details in my surroundings or the background.There are also plenty of pre-rendered scenes that make you feel like you are watching a hollywood blockbuster.
The campaign takes place all over the world ranging from the slums of rio de janeiro to a city in afghanistan. The campaign will usually take around 5-8 hours depending on difficulty level and your skill. After that unfortunately there isn't much replay value in the story itself unless you want that platinum trophy.
The best part of this game has to be the newly added spec ops part. This is a number of missions, some taken form the story and others not. There are 23 missions with three stars earned for each. Some are more difficult than others and to get the full three stars you will need to beat them on veteran, which as far as I'm concerned is almost impossible. You'll get the most enjoyment out of this mode when you are playing co-op with a friend or a randomer.
Closely rivalling spec-ops for the best part of this game is the online multiplayer. The online has been seriously revamped from cod4 but the core elements remain the same. New guns have been added as well as the ability to customise your killstreaks, swap your frag grenade with a sticky or something else, and a number of new perks.
Also new is the callsign function, each player gets to choose a title, an emblem and a clan tag which will be displayed whenever you do something cool. You earn differrent emblems and titles as you level up and complete challenges.
I would rate this game 10/10. I know I'll be spending days of my life just playing this game and I would definately recommend you buy it.
